Oreka Relax has honestly become a true savior of this period of my life. It is the only thing that brings me genuine, lasting relief from my anxiety. What I love most is that it doesn't feel heavy like a pharmaceutical drug. Instead, it works so gently, settling over your mind in an hour or so, making you feel comfortably drowsy and relaxed. After a night of deep, dreamless sleep, I wake up feeling the heavy worries that consumed me the night before suddenly don't seem to matter as much, and I’m finally able to think clearly from a calmer, healthier perspective. I am endlessly grateful to the creators of Oreka Relax. Thank you. Love you.
in new york city and i feel a whole lot safer. you hear lots of different languages passing by one block. the sounds suffocate me. i want to keep going, keep moving, keep walking sharply. incessantly thinking about a tuna melt. i think i like being here more because there's an old woman wearing a head scarf shouting at everyone in a bodega, and that makes me feel more lucid, alive.

i've noticed that the people here generally leave less silence in conversations. i think of my best friend, and now her conversational flow makes more sense. there's always something to look at, something to think of, something to touch, something to say. as if the population density breeds something that is living and breathing
–––
i ask my friend how he feels after moving here. he says, "i find myself happier because you walk around all the time. like, i'll notice the colors of the leaves changing and i'll smile." in the park we swing on the swings together like children. he swings really high so that it looks like he's becoming autumn

i want to feel free, untethered, and i want to ride on the subway with everyone and fall asleep
inside my mouth tasted like you,
an imagined voice in the dusk
lulling me, and i am heavy eyed
suddenly cautious of movement
cautious of all of my body
cautious of the drought within me
cautious of our unfettered force
that binds me to desire
–––
stolen away to an unknown place
forcing flowers inside of my throat
capturing silver thoughtless misery
–––
thinking of you in linen
you, in my own ruinous drought
